Halma India’s annual Reward and Recognition 2024 brings individuals and teams from 24 Halma companies together

On 8 and 9 August 2024, Halma India Hub organised its annual reward and recognition, bringing individuals and teams across India and various Halma companies and core functions in one ceremony.
Hosted in Bengaluru, the two-day get-together had various sessions, each uniquely designed and in line with the overarching theme: “Catalyse your potential, chisel your path, set free the Eagle in you.” From enabling individuals to immerse themselves in retrospective sessions on discovering potential to making them join the intense team activities that foster a sense of community, from showcasing talents beyond work through various scintillating cultural performances to ultimately celebrating notable contributions through Chisel, Eagle and Catalyst awards, this one-of-a-kind occasion also marked the coming together of Halma’s diverse businesses, capabilities and people in India and offered a great platform for individuals, irrespective of roles (Digital, Commercial, Core), to experience the strength of the larger organisation.
